Do you offer delivery & pickup service?
Yes, we deliver everywhere in Thailand. Chairs and desks can only be delivered in Phuket, Koh Samui, and Bangkok. Shipping costs are shown transparently and calculated individually at checkout.
How is the equipment delivered?
Chairs and desks are delivered and set up in Phuket, Koh Samui, and Bangkok. All other items are sent by postal service. Please keep the original packaging for pickup.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on location. Some areas offer same-day delivery.
Can I extend or cancel my rental?
Absolutely! You can extend your rental if items are available. Cancellations are possible, but only before the items are shipped.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a credit card deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 business days after pickup. Following the return checklist helps speed up the refund.
What if the item is lost or damaged?
You’re responsible for lost or damaged items. We cover accidental damage from normal use.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is required upfront by credit card or PayPal. An invoice will be provided.
What if I need to move?
We can help you move within Phuket, Koh Samui, and Bangkok. Contact us 2-3 days in advance. Extra charges apply based on your new location.
